1. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
“Personal information”
This is information or an opinion forming part of a database, whether true or not, and whether recorded in a material form or not, about an individual whose identity is apparent, or can reasonably be ascertained, from the information or opinion. The information may be used to readily identify or contact you EUMI as: name, address, email address, phone number etc.
We collect personal information from our interested clients offering our services. This information is partially or completely accessible to our internal stakeholders using the EUMI website or mobile APP System, either directly or by submitting a request for a service.
Clients are required to create an account to be able to access specific pages of our Website, EUMI as to submit a comment/ query, write a review, request a quote, and/or request information. When clients create an account with EUMI, they will be required to disclose their personal information including personal contact details, bank details, personal identification details etc. The information gathered will be utilized to ensure greater customer satisfaction and help a customer satiate their needs. The type of personal information that we collect from our clients varies based on our particular interaction in the Website or mobile application.
“Consumers”
Consumers are people who use our services to meet their requirements. During the account registration process in the website or application, we will collect information such as client name, postal code, telephone no, email address and other personal information. Clients may provide us with their, mailing address, and demographic information (e.g., gender, age, and other information relevant to user surveys and/or offers).
“Service Professionals”
If you are a Service Professional and would like to post any information about yourself, we will require you to register for an Account. During the Account registration process, we will collect your business name, telephone number, address, zip code, travel preferences, a description of your services, a headline for your profile, first and last name, and email address. Other information may also be required to be provided to EUMI. In addition, you may, but are not required to, provide other content or information about your business
How do we protect your information?
EUMI implements a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of our client’s personal information when they place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database, which is only accessible by those authorized with special access rights to EUMI systems, and who are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Do we use cookies?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your web browser (if you allow) that enable the sites or service providers' systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information

EUMI FMS does not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties our client’s personal identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, associating our business or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. EUMI may only release the information subjected to a UAE court warrant when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be used internally to reach out to you for marketing, advertising or other uses.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
EUMI is compliant with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), as we do not collect/store any information from anyone under 18 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 18 years old or older.
